Our systems should talk to each other.

Fewer tools, cleaner data, and reports your board can trust. We're platform-agnostic on CRM.

What it looks like from the inside

Every donation gets entered in at least two places, usually three. The CRM says one number, the payment processor says another, and QuickBooks says a third, and every month someone spends a day reconciling them by hand. Contact lists get exported from one tool and imported into another. You pay for seven subscriptions that don't talk to each other, plus Zapier to try to make them. And when the person who built the workaround leaves, the workaround leaves with them.

What it's costing you

Hours, first. Staff copying data between systems is the single most common waste we see in nonprofits, and it falls on the people you can least afford to lose. Then accuracy: you can't steward donors you can't see, and you can't report to funders with numbers you don't trust. Then money: the stack itself costs hundreds a month, and the integrations that hold it together break at the worst possible time.

What fixed looks like

One source of truth for donors, gifts, and contacts. Numbers that match across fundraising, payments, and accounting without a person in the middle. A dashboard that answers the board's questions before they ask. Reports you can pull in minutes. And a website that works on a phone, loads fast, and meets accessibility standards, because your donors are older than you think and your funders are checking.

How we work on it

We've built the systems Fortune 500 companies run on and migrated a national nonprofit's regional CRM to Salesforce. We are platform-agnostic: we'll tell you what to buy, what to keep, and what to cancel, and we don't take a commission from anyone. Get a plan: a tech stack audit with a consolidation roadmap. Get it built: CRM selection, migration, data cleanup, integrations, and the website. Get a team: a fractional head of technology who keeps it all running.
